The Electoral College is cemented in Article II which means that to alter it in any way requires 1) a two-thirds majority in the House and Senate 2) three-quarters of the states to ratify. Never going to happen. Elizabeth Warren is making shit up again.

If anything is changed, every state adopting proportional electoral vote allocation rather than winner take all makes a ton more sense than abolishing the EC for a national popular vote.
