'Men's fashion' -- the planned obsolescence of men's clothing as marketed by novelty-obsessed designers -- has aways been aesthetically & ethically repulsive to grown men and intelligent women. Men need to culivate a classic personal style, not a familiarity with fashion.

Former high end menswear designer (now stylist for men) here. yes and no. Runway shows aren't for public - they're for mags/stores to get excited about a brand. Most good brands have basic staples (denim, tees, etc) that drive most of sales
