I made this exact argument in my clinical psychopathology class. I was told that humans are more malleable than animals and that it is much easier to shape human behavior than animals. Plus, as gender is a social construct so nothing stops us from decreasing the rate of violence

Honestly, I went to argue that if it is a social construct and biology is not involved do we ban violent video games for kids, as it would socialize them to take acts of violence.
