Consenting adults should be free to do anything they want in private. (As long as they're not too noisy about it.)

People said he couldnt have consented due to insanity. Didnt have any mental illness history though, if memory serves correct. Others said just by nature of wanting to be murdered he was clearly insane. Others that he did consent, &guy 2 shouldnt be charged. Huge precedent setter
Weird cases make bad law though. Do we need to legislate against things that about 1 per 100 million people per year want to do?

Not my point, I was just bringing it up because its interesting legal philosophy wise, and legal philosophy is where all good laws do start. And in case it wasnt clear, I dont think the guy should have been charged with murder. Meaning I think their consent as 2 adults was enough
