Yep. I think @jordanbpeterson and I would have enough common ground (re. pros & cons of different mating systems) to appreciate each other's views, but enough differences to make for a useful discussion.

@jordanbpeterson being open minded to it are much hire than if he was talking to the more stereotypical anti-natalist poly crowd (who, sadly, often overlap with the far left progressive crowd) -

Agreed. FYI, I recall in one of his undergraduate classes back in the day his interpretation of Adam/Eve story (eating the apple=rise of consciousness), and his use of the central thesis from The Mating Mind as a theoretical backdrop for a possible driving force. Fascinating.
