I read the manosphere a lot: 1. I can tolerate a lot of nonsense 2. There are gold nuggets mixed in 3. Those gold nuggets are often not easily found in any other perspective

In a lot of ways, the MGTOWs are the mirror image of third-wave feminists, minus the institutional support. You see the same generalizations of negative traits across an entire gender, the same naive "psychologizing" about motivations behind the other gender's perceived behavior.
