If this is a truly serious problem (it is a real national emergency, IMHO), then it deserves to be solved asap by any credible means necessary. Congress will _never_ make public unis respect free speech. It's just not politically useful to their bases. Courts have also failed.

Well then, we've identified not only a problem that will continue to ping pong based on the whim of the executive, but a problem between the electors and their reps. It goes without saying that the problem should actually be solved by the schools resurfacing intellectual ideals.
