'For all' is the right quantifier all right. Whatever family-oriented etc. policies The Soviet Union had were not in the service of the family as an institution, but the state. The eventual goal was always to dissolve "bourgeoisie" institutions like the ones listed in your tweet.

You're misinformed. The family was extolled as a foundational cell of society. They didn't roll it on quite as thickly as the modern traditionalist right, but it was explicit policy. If you were a party member, you could well be disciplined for being a bad family man for example.

So your assertion is that "Socialists have been determined..." reads as "Some socialists have been determined.." by default? I'd argue that those things are characteristic of utopian humanists, whether socialist or o/wise, and that's a much more useful and fitting generalization
