Respectfully, Robby, I think I disagree. The majority of colleges across the country have problematic speech codes or other policies that may infringe on 1A. Why not tie federal funds to reform that forces administrators to respect student rights?

I did read your piece, and hear you on the culture of speech hostility not being fixed with any EO. But why not do it if it could help beat back some of these terrible policies?

It's tough to give a strong opinion without seeing exactly what it says. But if anything this would be a matter for Congress, not the president.
