Under constitutional law, American public universities are 'arms of the state' that must respect First Amendment free speech rights. Would you support an executive order from POTUS that withholds federal funding from any public universities that infringe on free speech?

'Free speech' doesn't mean 'equal time for all viewpoints'. It means students, staff, and faculty should be free to express their genuine views, and others should be free to disagree.

No. An executive order is redundant in the existing system and doesn't match due process requirements. The Executive can't be the judge.
