NOT BY EXECUTIVE ORDER. Take it to the courts, ffs. Shore up the Constitution by setting a precedent for 1st Amendment protection for any institute, or individual (via Fed student loans), that receive government funding.

@TheFIREorg has been taking campus#1A cases to courts for years, and it doesn't help much. Colleges won't care unless there's an immediate threat to their funding. I've seen it first hand with the Title IX thing. - 11 more replies

Will this meet with resistance, equivalent to the sanctuary city claims, or will Univs roll over with the slightest threat to funding? (Honest question, non US, so I have no gauge on backbones of US Univs)
