I had a brief flirtation with libertarianism though I quickly retreated once I realized that when drugs, prostitution, and suicide are legalized, they won’t care less if the entire constitution goes up in flames.

I don't know of any who actively promote themselves as such but we've all met libertarians who behave as though legal weed, gay marriage and open borders are the central planks of the ideology
I can imagine such people, but I've never actually met any. And I know a lot of libertarians.
