In your whole life so far, how many people have you been in love with?

What would you consider 'love' then -- apart from it happening quite rarely? Is there any criterion for it that _would_ allow for some people to have experienced it more than 10 times?

I find it hard to believe that someone has been in love with 10 or more ppl. It’s probable that the eldest amongst the respondents will have higher nbrs. It’s also more probable to love & truly care for ppl you are in a relationship with while not being truly in love with them.

I would define it (ultimately) as willingness to sacrifice for the other and invest meaningfully in the relationship. You?

(From a functional perspective not surprising we are very selective who and how frequently we fall in love. But still might have imagined as frequent as medium-length pair bonds. Would be interesting to contrast those numbers. And know when yields love and when not.)
