It’s a resolution and not a bill. That means the resolution are a set of goals that should be achieved, and should guide current/future bills. So no.. that wasn’t its purpose. Bills are now supposed to be written with the details to make the goals achievableas much as possible.
Economically illiterate resolutions are hard to turn into economically feasible bills

At this point, I’ll take the aspirations that something needs to happen. So far, no one has even offered to put an “economically feasible “ bill on table or even talk about one. I’ll hope ppl , even the ones who are mad their isn’t one, will finally push for one. It’s about WILL
