Imagine in 15 years regenerative medicine develops longevity treatments that can extend healthy, active life by many decades. How much would you be willing to pay for it (assuming you had the money)?
Assume the treatments are very good at protecting against senescence and restoring optimal cellular functioning in most organs, but aren't magic against any possible future problems.
