Imagine in 15 years regenerative medicine develops longevity treatments that can extend healthy, active life by many decades. How much would you be willing to pay for it (assuming you had the money)?

It depends. Do you still age physically so you look like a skeleton wrapped in dried leather, what are the side-effects, etc. I'd have many questions.

Assume it gradually restores organs to fairly youthful functioning, including skin tone, elasticity, etc., so 70-year-olds end up looking fairly like their 35-year-old selves within a couple of years.
