Yes, but that also describes thousands of sincere SJW tweets I've seen.

Agreed - it's about the consistency of adhering to the formula for marque tweets. Over a reasonable sample set, the satirical quotient emerges. Most SJW-esque accounts venture off formula enough to reveal their non-satirical intentions.
