This account looks parody to me. 2 reasons. 1.Consistent level of absurdity sincere accounts will mostly say familiar stuff with occasional new levels of crazy. 2. Most SJW accounts are strongly networked with lots of retweets in their feed. This account isn’t at all.

In the case of twitter, check their followers. In this case, I see classical liberal, kek!, classic common law liberal, Israeli flag emoji flown by an American, and former Daily Caller contributor in the bios of her followers. Even if it's not really parody, it's treated as such.
