Almost everyone can hypothetically learn to code. Just like I could hypothetically learn to be a chef. But you gotta enter the mindset to do it, and you have to solve your own damn problems, often.
Anyone can learn to code, hypothetically. Like anyone can hypothetically turn into a Balrog.
