Yes, but I'm not seeing religious scripture quotes from many pro-life folks. I'm seeing ethical arguments that even an atheist could make.

Even though I’m not right wing, I’m extremely pro-life and don’t believe religious arguments should be a basis for law even though I am religious. I’m glad to see that pro-life people are using secular arguments.

Of course not. They’ve learned much from the creationist/intelligent design wars of the 90’s. I wouldn’t be surprised if their PR people routinely warn them against mentioning religion.

They are ethical arguments vegetarian atheists could make. Meat eaters routinely kill animals far more sentient than a 1st trimester fetus.
