They're not "creating jobs." They're generating profit using the fewest employees possible.

They're hiring people to make and do useful things that other people are willing to pay for. Is there some other way to create jobs?

I've tried to start three businesses and failed. I work for small business and I see how hard they have to work and how they keep it together. This is no easy feat.
