Kurzweil is the most intellectual proponent of IQ, but even he has been pushed back a bit toward something that's "not IQ, but something that functions like a pro-rated IQ system, since no really good/objective test/system exists" (Some information is better than no information.)
The most intellectual proponents of IQ are the researchers who go to @ISIRonline annual conferences on intelligence research. Never seen Kurzweil there.
