If I were an administrator in charge of staffing a university Title IX office, my minimum job requirement would be that the employees must have raised teenage girls AND teenage boys. Otherwise, you are not qualified to understand what the hell is going on.
Or at least they should understand the basics of sexual selection theory and evolutionary psychology.
