How do fines on “breach of electoral rules” equate to what you are implying here? The complaint in question as mentioned in the article seems to be directed at a very high end donor and not to ordinary British citizens voting.

Any second referendum will be "properly" rigged this time to ensure remain win. They underestimated how much they needed to rig it the first time. They wont be making that mistake again.....

Have you forgotten that the Lib Dems were also fined for their activity in the referendum, and that the millions spent by the government telling people to vote remain was not counted as remain campaign spending.
