I wonder how you managed to extrapolate that from a simple statement establishing the fact that gender expression doesn't necessarily have to be the same thing as biological gender. You are just setting up strawman arguments.
I've read the APA Div 51 30-page report, most of their other recent tweets, and related materials. They really do ignore the biological basis of sexuality and champion of blank slate view.
