Everybody should read this book by @bryan_caplan on how to do good-enough parenting once you understand behavior genetics. It's a great antidote to selfish, anti-natalist whining.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004OA64Q6/

If you are anti-natalist I'm not interested in you opinion on topics impacting the future 50-100 years from now. You have actively divested strategically from the future.

I go to CrossFit 5-6 or 6-7. Around halfway through the class I question every single choice that lead me to be there. After the class I’m always happy with my choice to go and content with my life. I expect having children to be somewhat a similar experience
