In that case, the answer is Amazon by a huge margin for basically every single person who uses the internet. A staggering amount of sites and services (including Netflix) are hosted there.

This is what I came to say. If you cannot have online access to AWS then you can make an inductive argument from the structure of the question that neither will anyone without physical access to the servers. Therefore the poll has a single correct answer. Amazon.
