They fail to distinguish masculinity from psychopathy, for example. Psychopathic behavior by males is framed as mostly an outcome of patriarchal conditioning & masculine stereotypes, rather than a mental disorder in its own right. Equates being a 'real man' with being evil.
It’s like they: 1. Straw-man their sexist conception of masculinity 2. Assume this is what our culture promotes 3. Prescribe a solution to the stereotype they advance Imagine doing this for “young African-American male culture” or “Chinese-student culture”
