The idea that you'd need 'informed consent' from journal editors before sending them hoax papers seems to kinda miss the point of testing their gullibility by sending them hoax papers.

The corrupt strategy of making it illegal for whistle blowers to blow whistles has never done much do dissuade people about what they have been shown, lovely to see these universities are places where silencing is detractors is preferential to academic conflict. =/

Send ALL grievance studies universities/publicans letters informing them they are part of the study and that pseudonymous hoax papers are coming their way.
