How certain are you that morality is the kind of thing that you can be uncertain about in the same way that people are uncertain about normative facts?

Do you know Terence Cuneo's thesis of moral realism? He starts with the comparison between ethical and epistemic values. If relativists can claim all sorts of sceptic things against the first ones, what's stopping them from doing the same to the latter if they're not po-mo?
