Bureaucratic question for people who know more than me. I was always under the impression unpublished non-funded off-site work was beyond irb jurisdiction. Is that not the case?

Having a proper moral compass makes your life a hell of a lot easier. Having none gives you US campuses, the NFL and Social Media giants. (They think they have one but don't).
