You can't get your head around what Taleb says about IQ because it makes no sense to anyone who actually understands IQ.

He says that IQ over 100 correlates 10% with performance. Surely that is still a positive correlation and so is somewhat valid even though 10% is not a steep gradient. Even the graph he uses shows an upward trend. Is his issue to do with the tests being WEIRD?
