I've already heard of Canada, but it seems unlikely to mee. Pity. Thorium fission is a great, secure model.

I agree with you on this. The arguments against nuclear are two: 1. Nuclear bombs are dangerous. 2. Radiation is scary. Both emotional arguments. Reality: Nuclear plants are well-engineered by thoughtful people working practical realities with a long history of success.
