Do it right, or don't do it. If someone walks into my gym, sees me clean&jerking 135# 30x in sub 3:00, and tries to do the same without touching a barbell in years or maybe ever, they are the problem, or the coach that let them is the problem. CrossFit is not the problem.

These replies seem to indicate an issue w/ the individual & their inability to work up to rx level appropriately based on their susceptibilities to peer pressure. Probably the same types that hop on every other social bandwagon that comes through with little true consideration.
