It's also really easy to intentionally skew the answers too. I took one of these tests out of curiosity and immediately noticed you could get a desired result by responding faster/slower. Given that, I am puzzled why people give them any credibility.

That’s my experience as well; it’s obvious which to answer slowly vs which to answer quickly in order to completely reverse the results.

The implicit biases as reported in the paper seemed totally disassociated from the decision chain of real-world actions that would disadvantage or harm humans in the real world.
