This makes sense ... my Aunt’s family has Huntington’s disease that out of 6 siblings 1 didn’t have it. It’s devastating whatching that family when they realize what their future might be.

And worse still they are using base-editing, which deregulates enzymes (de-aminases AID and APOBEC) which are implicated in cancer.
