For all the increased awareness around consent nowadays, I'm a little surprised there hasn't been bleedover into libertarianesque stuff, considering the prime value of that stuff is basically 'violating my consent is bad'

No, my point is that most people who describe themselves as libertarians are only invested in having their own boundaries respected - respecting other peoples' boundaries is a secondary, if existent, consideration. Which makes it selfishness in my book.
