Zoning reform. No one wanted/could to make a car for the masses, until Ford did. There is an autist architect out there that has designed the most efficient housing, we just need to give funding and zoning.

As of this year In CA they can’t stop you from building up to 1200 SF in the back yard as long as it meets code. Literally can pull a permit tomorrow. Problem we are finding is cost.
