Put your finger on your eyebrow and then rest your palm on your cheek, so that your finger crosses over your eyeball. Does your finger get close enough to your eyeball that you have to close your eye?
There will be a big sex difference in this, due to male brow ridges having evolved to protect eyeballs from frontal blows.
