It's almost as if a shared commitment to divisive identity politics isn't a sustainable model for unifying the far Left -- or a way to distinguish it in any principled way from the far Right.

Care isn't a universalist principle in and of itself, it's a model that interacts with other models to concentrate and manifest our innate tribalism. Identity politics being divisive is care itself being divisive, the same care that white identitarians have for their own kind.
