Really? There are a number of weak studies there too (red, ovulation, what not). The strong are the ones done world wide.

There are some weak ev psych studies, no doubt; I'm just arguing there's a lower proportion than in most psych fields.

Evolutionary Psych is much more rooted in empirical biological foundations. Social Psych is tabula rasa, ultra-subjective, glorified activism masquerading as science.

Genetics v Environment underpins most of psychology. It used to be more balanced. The social sciences have moved so far back to the 1970s-style “everything is a fluid and subjective social construct” nonsense. Not sure what prompted that heavy shift. Socialist resurgence?
