The idea that US military personnel would follow unconstitutional orders to attack US citizens in order to confiscate their guns could only come from someone who doesn't actually know any US military personnel.

He has no right to serve as an elected official. He gave that up when he threatened gun owners with death.
Well @RepSwalwell does seem to have violated his oath of office to 'support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic'.
