How is the UK sovereign if it pays 15 billion pounds a year in tribute to the EU?

Its not a tribute and it's voluntary. The EU was entered voluntarily and is being exited voluntarily. You not only don't know what sovereignty means but don't understand economics either. The latter of which you should continue to read up on.

This deal however would sacrifice our sovereignty.. If we enter it we cannot leave it without the permission of two foreign entities... That seems pretty devastating to me...
