Don't be fooled by the 'Equity, Diversity, Inclusion' (EDI) euphemism. If you apply for a faculty position & you come out as a conservative or Christian who values freedom, faith, security, & family values as much as EDI, you will not get hired in most academic departments.

If these sort of policies continue to metastasize throughout the university system, it will only help to speed up the demise of the majority of the system itself. Eventually, rising prices mixed with rigid and illiberal ideology will simply not be worth the bumper sticker. Sad

No, there's a very strong taboo against discussing these issues at universities among colleagues.
