I don’t really think polls are the best way of looking at this. These things can be hard to articulate and unspoken but still there.

Most people agree that wildlife and nature should be preserved. To varying degreees but I think that’s probably the largest shared view. I think there are plenty more.

whats interesting to me is that although America has the most secular constitution in the world, its so *not* a part of American *culture* --as opposed to a country like France, where secularism is one of the most fiercely &widely held cultural values, despite constitutional docs
