Hmm. Is the act of publicizing a review of a product or service you’ve enjoyed morally obligatory? Does the review system fall apart for lack of enforcement or punishment of non-reviewers?

As universities become ideological crucibles I wonder about all (even peer) reviews. A philologist upon-a-time, I probably now look @ whether you know your foundations (yours maybe Behavio-Eco/Evo-Bio) & sources (foundational like Hamilton/Trivers vs SJW-trending keywords/title).
