Does any American political candidate offer _any_ ideas for how to reduce existential risk from Artificial General Intelligence? (Serious question.)

As a side-note, we are hearing cross-partisan pundits converge on regulating tech. This is alarming to libertarians, but perhaps it’s a sign of where power lays in 2018.
I'm wary of regulating social media companies and most tech, but I think it's fair to regulate (or prohibit) tech that's a genuine potential X-risk, such as nuclear weapons, bioweapons, and AGI.
