Interesting perspective, with IMO a high prima facie plausibility. But how does one deal with potential falsifiability / circularity problems? How does one make differential (Evo vs Non-Evo) predictions that can be empirically tested? (Feel free to refer me to EvoPsych 101 lit).

I'll take a stab, I don't have any references, just amateur explanation from listening to evo psych profs. Whether evo vs. non-evo is irrelevant, culture is memetic evo. Everything living is evolutionary. For genetic vs. memetic, study cross cultures isolate homogenous traits.
