No. The current divide is urban vs. rural, and acculturation is fairly rapid. Thus, there will be no cleanly delineated regions that could secede, as in past eras.

Nope. It wouldn’t work. I live in a city in Mississippi. How would the rural areas secede from the cities? Geographically impossible.
