We’re in a highly precarious position where the extremes on both sides want to ramp up the fighting in hopes for a death blow to the opponent. The further we go down this road the more we’ll look back at these as the good old days...
One side wants to stir up a partisan war at all costs. The other side would win a partisan war in any plausible scenario. Seems like a dangerous situation.
